The Carter County Saddle and Sirloin Committee was founded in 2016 with the purpose of increasing fundraising efforts for the CCJLS. Today, the Saddle and Sirloin Committee is the primary fundraising arm of the show. The Committee seeks to promote community awareness of the show and its importance to the agricultural youth of Carter County, while raising funds via monetary donations and its flagship event, The Boots & Bowties Ball.
